I came here because of the good reviews but wanted to add my honest take here that this is “get what you pay for” place. It is relatively cheap for a gel mani ($39) but it felt rather unsanitary - technicians handling cash in the middle of nail service, no effort to wipe down the areas between customers or wash their hands, some of their devices look like it’s never been wiped down, and general get in-get-out service which makes sense because the spot’s super small. The “minimum 20% tip” sign is also a bit unsavory… Again, it wasn’t bad but want to flag that you get what you pay for.

Fantastic place, just don’t know why my lady time they had someone new who has absolutely no experience in dip powder offer this service to repeating customers. Powder manicure was so thick and gross… it’s not free you know? Don’t have a tech offer this service if they don’t know how to do the job.

Cute little space at the Upper East Side. Very polite and accommodating staff, not to mention that they always do a good job. Prices are typical for NYC but they will make it worth it for you.

My cuticles can be tricky to remove as they are thin and close to the blood vessel. Ms Kim did great job! Love this little spa with great air conditioning and ventilation.

I work in the area and decided to call because I was great need for a manicure. Although, I did not have an appointment Christie accommodated me. I was very thankful for that! Christie is always accommodating and her entire staff is always polite. It is better if you make reservations prior to, in order to be seen during your slot time. They do welcome walk-ins but scheduled clients get priority. I've had two different nail techs and the work was consistent. I love coming her. Plus***Their gel is a great quality. My last gel manicure was June 14th and my nail just chipped/pelled on one corner on the 26th. I'm a nurse, and their gel has held up after multiple hand washes per day! I 1000% recommend this salon.
